Help! My G2A Pay deposit / order is pending. What do I do?

G2A Pay may take minutes to hours to process your order or deposit after accepting your payment. Unfortunately, SkinXchange has zero control over G2A's process. If your pending order exceeds 24 hours, please reach out via [email protected]

You may check the status of your order from your 'History' page on SkinXchange.

You may withdraw your purchased items after your order has completed / processed:

  1. Click Sell from left side bar
  2. Click 'Pending Items' tab
  3. Select items
  4. Click 'Withdraw Selected Items' & accept trade
